All of the founding members started software testing as a change in carrier. We learned the hard way that a good development course, a 2-3 month long test automation workshop and project experience can give a competitive knowledge that leads to high quality work environment. Besides our experiences show that a junior developer has much more motivation, enthusiasm and a thirst for knowledge. We also learned this the hard way that whatever was the project the positive difference in attitude, the desire to growth and the huge appetency for learning was eye-catching.
After a few years in the field we felt like it's time to unite our experience and learnings, moreover form our example it was time to give this experience and knowledge to people with the same intrest to grow in the field of software development and software testing.
We would like to provide long term opportunity for junior developers by giving them an up-to-date, competitive knowledge and guiding them through future projects with our full support, so we can guarantee quality manpower and continuous professional development.

We would like to provide a course/mentor program for them and upon completing that they'll get a confident, competitive knowledge. The „school-work” is formed and improved to match the new trends and technology and it's deliberately built up so that beside the theoretical knowledge, the juniors also have to do a real, agile, practical project work.
Throughout this project work our goal is for them to do all testing processes for at least one testing area independently or collectively and to be able to choose and properly execute the correct testing tools and frameworks.
